Erin desires to share God’s love through the therapeutic relationship. She is committed to joining clients as they seek growth, healing, and meaning in life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Erin works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in a variety of areas including:
- Depression and anxiety
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Relationship challenges
- Family conflict
- Self-image/identity issues
- Spiritual concerns
Erin is passionate about helping children grow and learn through the process of play therapy. She holds a Certificate in Play Therapy and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy and is also Level 1 certified in the Gottman Method, a form of counseling that promotes healthy communication and intimacy in couples.
Erin is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the Department of Counseling and Educational Development. She is studying emotional communication and attachment in adoptive families. Erin received her MA in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. She also received her BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Biblical studies from Columbia International University.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and family and relaxing with yoga.
