Sometimes life makes coming in to the office for counseling sessions challenging.  With the current COVID-19 pandemic, it has made it impossible.  Because of this, One:12 Counseling offers distance counseling so that people have access to the help they need when in-office sessions are not an option.  Distance counseling provides the benefits of therapy while giving clients the flexibility to receive services in a private setting that is convenient for them.

Distance counseling is offered via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. It is available for adults, couples and children. Counselors will discuss the options for distance counseling with clients as well as the limitations of it prior to beginning.
