  • Depression, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties
  • Self-esteem and identity issues
  • Childhood trauma and abuse
  • Parenting

Courtney is passionate about helping children learn and develop through the process of play therapy. She holds a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is able to help parents and caregivers through the Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP) Program.  When fitting, Courtney enjoys using expressive arts with clients of any age to help enrich the counseling journey.

Outside of work, Courtney loves to paint, write, sing, cook, scrapbook, walk nature trails, and most of all spend time with family and friends.
