Hannah believes in helping individuals find healing from the past, peace in the present, and hope for the future. She believes in the power of healthy relationships and in the ability of Christ to intercede in even the most difficult circumstances. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, Hannah is committed to serving adolescents, adults, and couples in working through a variety of issues including:
- Depression and anxiety
- Stress and life transitions
- Grief and loss
- Seasons of loneliness
- Relationship conflict
- Divorce and separation
- Identity development
Hannah views the counseling process as an opportunity for growth and a catalyst toward finding meaning and purpose. She has a calling to help individuals and couples step into their greatest potential by creating a safe space to explore emotions and shape beliefs. Hannah is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH assessment facilitator and is trained in the Gottman method for couples. She is currently pursuing training in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Hannah earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has a BA in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her friends and family, adventuring in the outdoors, finding great music & coffee, and playing with her precious golden retriever pup, Benny
