Lyle believes in helping people grow, so they can live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. After starting a career on Wall Street, he discovered his calling as a therapist and believes his purpose is to help people through their most difficult moments. Lyle is passionate about helping people gain new awareness so that they can not only feel better, but grow into better versions of themselves. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Lyle works with couples, individuals, families, and teens dealing with problems, such as:

- Pornography addiction
- Parenting concerns
- Crisis situations
- Work-life balance and stressful careers
Lyle has specialized training in Gestalt therapy, which is a type of therapy that focuses on
the present moment and allows people to get in touch with their feelings as they make
sense of what is happening in their life. It is a holistic process that incorporates mind, body,
and spirit. Lyle is also pursuing training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Lyle worked as a Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist in New York and Connecticut. He received his MA in Family Therapy from
Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut. He also holds an MBA
from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and a BA in Social Psychology from
On a more personal note, Lyle is a husband, a father, and a believer in God. He loves
spending quality time with his family and serves in the Army National Guard.
